Bound: A black street same known for his odd mannerisms and ability to go unphased by everything thrown at him. He has an obvious Cyber arm and a shaved head. Bound is the primary name that Tamasine is known as inside the shadows.

Jon Denver Stevenson: Tamasine's front. He his a member of the carpenter's union but currently only works on special contracts. Tamasine's small apartment and liscences are under this name. Tamasine goes to great lengths to maintain the identity and separate it from the shadows. His apartment is also off limits to run related issues.

While running through the astral planes he usualy will apear as a watcher, a spirit of man, or some other form of common arbitration. He uses his aura masking to pull this off.

The mutable form and realistic form powers allow me to materialize as virtualy anything. Person, animal, fly, artical of clothing. Tamasine values tricks, deception, and knowledge. Its difficult to pin him down, or predict his next movement. and he can pretty much be anywhere at any time.
